Terms & Family Use
HBCU Prep AI™ provides structured homeschool academics, learning support, family visibility, progress tools, college preparation, and HBCU pathways for grades 6 through 12.
Family responsibility
Parents and caregivers remain responsible for decisions about their child’s education, supervision, and compliance with applicable homeschool requirements. State requirements vary, and platform guidance is not legal advice.
Educational support
Technology supports learning; it does not replace family judgment, human connection, mentorship, or parental responsibility. Families should review student work and use the platform in a manner appropriate for their household.
College and activities
HBCU Prep AI™ can support preparation and exploration. It does not guarantee admission, scholarships, athletic eligibility, state approval, accreditation, or particular academic outcomes.
Accounts and access
Family accounts should be used by authorized household members. Parents should safeguard account access and contact support if they believe access has been compromised.
Membership
Membership terms, household pricing, payment status, and cancellation options are shown in the family billing experience. Live payments remain subject to the payment provider configuration and any applicable checkout terms.
